I have received a complimentary ticket. How do I book a child 3 and under?

Children 3 and under are free with the purchase of an adult or concession ticket.

Our ticketing terms and conditions outline that children 12 and under must be accompanied by a person aged 16 or over.

If you have not paid for an adult or concession ticket, you will not be able to book a ticket for a child 3 and under.

You will need to arrange for someone who has paid for a ticket to book the child, or purchase a ticket a child ticket (4-15).
